In everything I do — whether it’s designing pilot event programs for the Art Institute of Chicago or writing about how a woman’s love for her husband led her to buy a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame membership — I want there to be a reason. In plain LinkedIn terms, it’s strategy-driven communication that connects diverse audiences through shared values. In my terms, it’s understanding what makes people tick.
